Las Bugambilias, C.P. 37270, León, Guanajuato, México, operates Yellowknife Software ("YKSW") and is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
2. Data we collect
We collect data that you voluntarily provide: name, email address, company name and modules of interest. We do not collect sensitive data or financial information through this site.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to respond to your demonstration request and follow up. Marketing communications are an additional purpose: you can decline them when requesting a demo or later by writing to info@yellowknife.software without affecting the service you requested.
4. Data transfers
The customer-service platform processes the information in your request. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical data to protect the form against abuse. Google Analytics records technical browsing data and interactions only if you accept analytics. Authorities may receive information where legally required.
We do not load Google Analytics before you accept. Declining analytics does not prevent browsing or requesting a demo. Your choice is stored locally in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw it through “Cookie preferences”. Declining stops new analytics transmissions and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site; it does not delete data already sent.
5. Contact
To access, correct, delete or object to processing, withdraw consent or limit use of your data, write to info@yellowknife.software with your name, a reply channel and a description of your request. For corrections, identify the data to change. We will only request the information needed to verify your identity or representation and respond within the applicable legal time limits. You may also submit a written request to the address above. Changes to this notice are published on this page with their update date.
